It is already disallowed long time ago! You are really blind and you don't know nothing about a life. For black girls is prohibited to date with a white guys. For Arabic and muslim girls is strictly prohibited to date white guys. They can be even killed by their relatives if they do it. For Asians is allowed to date any kind of guys but they dislike her if she have something with black.
So. Here is something everybody have to think about very seriously!!!
